1. ECV shall be entitled to store and process the Purchaser’s personal data electronically and to pass them on to affiliated companies or third parties if appropriate for the purpose of execution of the contract.

2. If the Purchaser has given his consent, ECV shall be further entitled to store, utilize, process and pass on the data for the purposes referred to in the declaration of consent.

3. The Purchaser shall be entitled to revoke his consent to storage, utilization, processing and passing of his data at any time with effect for the future. In this case ECV shall only be entitled to utilize the data for purposes of execution of the contract and to pass them on to third parties in this respect, particularly to financial institutions and contracting parties.
