Einführung eines computergestützten Schulungssystems in einem Pharmabetrieb

According to various guidelines, trainings have to be performed in order to reach and maintain the required qualification of personnel and to assure the quality of the products. Documentation can be done and archived either on paper or electronically. Computer-aided systems have some advantages, but certain minimum standards have to be met during implementation and the complete life cycle.
The following article describes the choice of an appropriate system, with which trainings can be performed as well as administrated, and its customisation to existing procedures. Before implementation, it was validated and the required documents were compiled.
