Interventionsstrategien für ein erfolgreiches Patientenmanagement unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der Komplexität des Therapieschemas

Intervention Strategies for Successful Patient Management under Special Consideration of the Complexity of the Therapy Pattern

On basis of a behavioural analysis of the therapy loyalty behaviour of hypertonic patients the influence of the complexity of the therapy pattern is comparatively analysed between mono and combination therapy patients. Connections are comparatively examined between different factors of the patient’s behaviour, the therapy type as well as the influence of the doctor and the social patient’s sphere for the aim variable “Compliance”. The empiric study is based on a random check of 1 035 hypertonic patients which were questioned in the years 2007 and 2008 in writing.
The analysis led to the result that the meaning of single creation parameters differs for the successful explanation of the compliance behaviour between mono and combination patient clearly. Of astonishing manner the patients who are put on a combination therapy behave stronger faithfully to therapy as mono therapy patients. To take into account the differently high complexity of the therapy pattern, it seems indispensable to consider the complexity degree with the choice of adequate intervention strategies for the support of the Compliance.
