As the production and processing of medicinal plants used in homoeopathy have some particularities, supplementary recommendations with regard to the application of Good Agricultural and Collection Practice (GACP) have been compiled. They include items such as specifications, seeds and propagation material, cultivation and collection, primary processing and storage, and provide useful guidance for companies producing homoeopathic medicinal products and/or being involved in cultivation or collection of plants used as starting materials.
