    Dr. Frank Brown
    is presently Senior Vice President and Chief Science Officer for Accelrys. He has an impressive background in the pharmaceutical industry in the field of Computational Science and Informatics. He has spent the last 20 years of his career innovating new scientific methods and applying them in commercial pharmaceutical enterprises. From 1997 to 2006, he held positions of increasing responsibility at Johnson & Johnson.
    Dr. Brown received his Ph.D. in Physical Organic Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh. He has published over 50 peer-reviewed papers and is the named holder of two patents. He
