Beside the purchase price for a system, the preparation of the packaging, installation, maintenance, spare parts and the packaging care will be relevant expense factors. Costs for single controls are simple to calculate, for example, control for glass breakage, completeness control, print control, etc. Cost control on monitoring systems and product tracking systems need more attention. A central, networked operation of all control devices on a line, will save costs and simplifies the operating. |
