The Nagoya Protocol on Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair Equitable Sharing of Benefits Arising from their Utilization is an international treaty adopted on 29 Oct 2010 by the parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) to implement the access and benefit sharing (ABS) obligations of the convention.
