Rotationsschüttler für Suspensions-Zellkulturen im CO2-Inkubator
24.04.2017Für CO2-Inkubatoren ab 150 L bietet BINDER seit dem 1. April optional CO2-Schüttler als Zubehör an. Diese Schüttler werden zur Inkubation nicht-adhärenter Zellen, sogenannter Suspensions-Zellkulturen, eingesetzt. Im Gegensatz zu adhärenten Zellen, die nur auf Oberflächen wachsen, muss das Absinken suspendierter Zellen im Flüssigmedium durch ständige Agitation verhindert werden. Die für BINDER maßgeschneiderten CO2-Rotationsschüttler bezieht BINDER direkt von der Edmund Bühler GmbH, einem renommierten Hersteller von Laborgeräten. Die Schüttelplattform mit den Maßen 375 mm x 375 mm passt in alle CO2-Inkubatoren der Serie CB ab 150 L Innenraum. (...)
